  • Source of Funding
    The Journal of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Innovation (JSSHI) adopts a transparent and sustainable publishing model that is supported through the following funding channels:

    • Article Processing Charges (APC): Fees collected from accepted manuscripts contribute to covering editorial management, peer review coordination, digital archiving, website maintenance, and publication costs.

    • Institutional Support: A portion of funding comes from academic and research institutions associated with the journal’s editorial team.

    • Voluntary Donations: The journal occasionally receives contributions from academic organizations, sponsors, and research bodies aimed at supporting the open-access publishing model.

    • Optional Print Subscriptions: Revenue from print subscriptions helps sustain the journal’s ongoing operations and service delivery.

    The journal maintains editorial independence and does not accept funding from commercial advertisements or any other external sources that may affect its impartiality.

  • Fee Structure for Authors
    JSSHI ensures an affordable and transparent fee policy for all contributors:

    • Article Processing Charges (APC)

      • Standard APC for Accepted Articles: PKR 20,000 / USD 80

      • This fee covers editorial handling, plagiarism checks, peer review management, typesetting, DOI registration, and online publication.

    • Submission Fee

      • There is no submission fee. Authors can submit their manuscripts free of charge.

    • Print Copies (Optional)

      • Price per Print Copy: PKR 2,500 / USD 12

      • Authors can opt to purchase physical copies of the journal issue in which their article is published.

    • Fast-Track Review (Optional)

      • Fast-Track Processing Fee: PKR 12,000 / USD 50

      • This fee guarantees initial editorial feedback within 5–7 working days, though acceptance is not guaranteed.

  • Waivers & Discounts
    To foster broader access and inclusion, JSSHI offers the following waivers and discounts:

    • 50% APC Reduction for full-time students with valid enrollment proof.

    • Full or Partial APC Waivers for authors from low-income countries or those without institutional funding (subject to request and approval).

    • Special Discounts for manuscripts invited from high-quality conference collaborations or renowned contributors.

  • Payment Methods
    Authors can make payments through the following methods:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash (for local authors)

    • PayPal (for international authors)

    An official invoice will be issued upon manuscript acceptance.
