Paper Prints Policy
The Journal of Social Sciences, Humanities and Innovation (JSSHI) is committed to sustainability and accessibility. In alignment with our open-access, digital-first approach, we do not provide printed copies of the journal as a standard practice. However, we understand the value of print for certain academic, institutional, and professional needs. Therefore, the following paper prints policy applies:
-
Digital-Only Publication:
All content published in JSSHI is made available exclusively in digital format on our website. Articles, reviews, and other published content are freely accessible to readers and researchers globally without the need for print copies. -
Print Requests:
While the journal is primarily a digital publication, authors, institutions, and other stakeholders may request printed copies of their published articles for personal, academic, or archival purposes. To request printed copies, individuals must fill out a formal request through the journal's contact or support page. -
Print Fees:
A nominal fee may be charged for printed copies, which will cover the cost of printing, binding, and shipping. The cost will be determined based on the location of the recipient and the number of copies requested. Fees will be communicated upfront upon receiving a print request. -
Print Runs:
Printed copies will be produced in small batches upon request, and there may be a delay in processing and shipping due to the limited nature of the print runs. We do not maintain large-scale print editions or distribute paper copies to general subscribers. -
Printing Format:
The printed copies will generally be in a standard academic format (A4 size) and may include the journal’s logo, article title, and author information. Printing will be done using environmentally responsible materials whenever possible. -
Sustainability and Environmental Considerations:
JSSHI encourages all readers to access articles digitally and to minimize the environmental impact of printing. We believe that digital distribution significantly contributes to reducing our ecological footprint by minimizing paper use. -
Accessibility:
In cases where printing is necessary for accessibility reasons (e.g., for visually impaired authors or readers), JSSHI will work to ensure that such requests are handled with priority and sensitivity, ensuring equal access to published content. -
No Automatic Print Distribution:
Printed copies will not be automatically sent to authors or subscribers. Printed materials will only be available upon specific request and after payment, if applicable.
